We are looking for a tax accounting specialist (m, f, d) as Specialist Tax Reporting / Fund-Investors ‘GSA/DACH’ Aufgaben Responsible for a demanding interface function in tax controlling and reporting for fund investments / Acting as the tax link between fund management, investors and external advisers to ensure an optimal after-tax return / Preparing, reviewing and providing tax-related key figures in accordance with the German Investment Tax Act / Preparation and review of tax reports, including the calculation and provision of tax-relevant data (e.

g. capital participation ratio, partial exemptions) / Support with fund structuring and due diligence reviews by the investment teams when launching new funds, through tax advice and guidance / As single point of contact, answering tax-related queries from investors and supporting internal teams with day-to-day tax matters / Coordinating external service providers such as tax advisers or auditors, including quality control of their services for the annual German tax compliance process (e.

g. preparation of tax returns) / Monitoring and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations such as the CRS (Common Reporting Standard) and AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) / Ad hoc projects.

###experience### with an international fund manager, a custodian bank, a third-party administrator, a Big Four audit firm or a tax consultancy firm / Analytical and team-oriented personality with the ability to translate complex tax legislation into tax accounting logic / Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them on time with a customer-focused approach / Coordination
