Closing Date 8 July 2026Title Manager – Accounting, Tax & ReportingReporting To Senior Manager – Accounting, Tax & ReportingMission (Sources of Values) Manages day-to-day accounting operations, reporting cycles, and audit coordination. Ensures accurate financial records, disciplined reconciliations, and timely reporting.Accountability & Responsibility Financial Statements & Reporting 1.Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for NED entities and SPVs. 2.Ensure timely completion of statutory and management reporting in line with approved timelines. 3.Support preparation of consolidated financial information and divisional proforma accounts.

Balance Sheet & Reconciliations 1.Manage balance sheet reconciliation processes, including intercompany reconciliations. 2.Investigate and resolve discrepancies, aged items, and reconciling differences. 3.Ensure reconciliation quality, completeness, and proper documentation.

Audit Coordination 1.Coordinate quarterly review and annual audit processes. 2.Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to auditor queries. 3.Track and follow up on audit findings and management action plans.

Tax Compliance Support 1.Coordinate preparation of tax computations, provisions, and filings for SPVs and projects. 2.Monitor tax payment schedules and compliance status. 3.Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and Group Tax on routine matters.
