From the employerA prominent national law firm is seeking an Associate to join its growing Tax team in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with highly regarded senior lawyers on a broad mix of advisory and transactional tax matters, with strong mentoring and hands-on exposure from day one.
The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in a collaborative team, working across: Direct and indirect tax advisory matters Transactional support, including structuring and due diligence Drafting tax advice, rulings, and technical papers Complex tax issues and disputes Building client relationships and contributing to business development
About You 3–5 years’ post-admission experience Background in a reputable law firm or accounting firm environment Strong technical knowledge across direct and indirect tax Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
