**Reporting to:** Group Chief Financial Officer

Quality and Reliability (QnR) is a leading Technology Group, with more than 30yrs of presence in the market, delivering mission-critical digital transformation across Greece, Europe, and the broader EMEA region. Q&R is an Athens Stock Exchange-listed technology Group currently undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation, having completed five acquisitions within the last 18 months.

We are seeking an experienced **Accounting & Tax Supervisor – Team Lead** to join our Group Finance function.

Reporting directly to the **Group CFO**, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting and tax operations, while acting as the senior technical reference point for the accounting team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and actively participate in monthly, interim and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of financial information
  • Prepare, review and ensure the quality of statutory and IFRS financial statements, including reconciliations, disclosures and supporting documentation
  • Oversee tax compliance activities, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, myDATA requirements and related tax reconciliations
  • Coordinate external audits, tax audits and statutory reporting requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Act as a technical reference point for the accounting team, providing guidance, coaching and support on accounting and tax matters
  • Coordinate accounting priorities, review key deliverables and contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes
  • Participate in ERP optimisation, automation initiatives, internal control improvements and the integration of newly acquired companies

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration** or another relevant field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, audit or financial reporting, preferably within a corporate, Group or multinational environment
  • Strong practical knowledge of IFRS, Greek accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements
  • Proven experience with financial closing processes, preparation/review of financial statements and accounting reconciliations
  • Previous experience in team coordination, supervision or acting as a senior point of reference within an accounting function
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems, process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Greek tax legislation, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes and myDATA
  • Experience in collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
