**Reporting to:** Group Chief Financial Officer

Quality and Reliability (QnR) is a leading Technology Group, with more than 30 years of presence in the market, delivering mission-critical digital transformation across Greece, Europe, and the broader EMEA region. Q&R is an Athens Stock Exchange-listed technology Group currently undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation, having completed five acquisitions within the last 18 months.

We are seeking an experienced **Accounting & Tax Supervisor** to join our Group Finance function.

Reporting directly to the **Group CFO**, you will support the effective management of accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance activities, while coordinating day-to-day priorities within the accounting team and contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes.

**Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and accounting reports in accordance with IFRS and applicable Greek accounting requirements
  • Coordinate and actively participate in monthly, interim and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information
  • Review accounting reconciliations and supporting documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate day-to-day accounting activities and priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key finance tasks
  • Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, myDATA requirements and related reconciliations
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and other external partners, supporting audits and statutory reporting requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting team members on accounting and reporting matters
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of accounting processes, controls and reporting practices
  • Participate in ERP optimisation, automation initiatives and the integration of newly acquired companies
  • Work closely with the Group Finance team and other internal stakeholders to support the effective operation of the Finance function

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration** or another relevant field
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, preferably within a corporate, Group or multinational environment
  • Very good knowledge of IFRS, Greek accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements
  • Proven experience with financial closing processes, financial statements and accounting reconciliations
  • Previous experience in team coordination, supervision or acting as a senior point of reference within an accounting function
  • Good understanding of Greek tax requirements
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems and a strong interest in process improvement and automation
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience in working with external auditors, advisors and cross-functional teams
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
