Skills

and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of

experience

in global trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain OR High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of

experience

in global trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain Additional

qualifications

that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master’s degree in International Business, Trade, Supply Chain, or a related discipline from an accredited institution Five (5) years of

experience

in a private, public, government, or military environment supporting trade compliance activities Three (3) years of

experience

with country of origin determination and customs valuation regulations

Experience

with U.S. trade compliance

requirements

and global import/export regulations

Experience

supporting export compliance processes (e.g., classification, licensing, restricted party screening, or end-use review)

Experience

conducting audits, compliance reviews, or supporting corrective action activities

Experience

using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, GTS) or similar tools to maintain trade compliance data Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills

with ability to interpret regulatory

requirements

Strong written and verbal communication

skills

with ability to work across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations
