Duties

Responsibilities

Supervising all US and International tax compliances and submissions covering Corporate Tax, State and Local Sales C Use Taxes, VAT and Franchise Taxes. I Working on Indirect Taxation / Direct Taxation matters with the third-party tax consultants Filing of tax returns and finalization of Audits Monthly and quarterly provision workings including tracking the carry forward of NOLs (Sec 382), section 162(m) workings, GILTI, deferred taxes, etc.

Qualifications

CA / CPA with 6-10 years of

###experience### in Taxes. Preferably worked in a US Company and handled a corporate role. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.

Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
