The Tax Strategy & Planning Manager is accountable for leading WelbeHealth’s tax compliance, planning, and strategic tax initiatives. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax

###requirements### while focusing on identifying and implementing tax-efficient strategies that support the organization’s long-term growth, expansion into new markets, and evolving healthcare delivery models. Reporting directly to the Controller and working closely with the CFO, this role will play a key part in evaluating tax implications of strategic initiatives including new market entry, entity structuring, partnerships, joint ventures, and potential acquisitions.

###requirements### include: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or taxation; master’s in taxation preferred; CPA preferred Seven (7) to ten (10) years of tax

###experience### in public accounting, healthcare, or corporate tax Strong

###experience### with multi-state taxation and complex entity structures

###Experience### supporting tax planning, structuring, or transaction-related initiatives Public company

###experience### strongly preferred Healthcare, managed care, nonprofit, or provider organization

###experience### highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects) We are seeking a Tax Strategy & Planning Manager who is analytical, strategic, and passionate about building scalable tax strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
