###The role### in 60 seconds Role: Legal PA Team: Succession & Tax Location: Bristol Working Pattern: Full-time Why it matters: This position offers an opportunity to support our Legal 500 ranked Succession & Tax team by delivering essential secretarial and administrative assistance that contributes directly to the group’s success.

###experience### who is ready to take ownership of case progression and provide high-quality support in a meaningful and dynamic legal environment. In this role, you’ll: Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.

Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.

###the opportunity### to grow into a lead or supervisory role within the team, with clear pathways for progression. ________________________________________ What we’re looking for A proven track record of providing high quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/professional services environment. Previous

###experience### in Private Client matters is advantageous but not essential. Strong Word, Excel, Case Management, PDF docs and PowerPoint skills. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity. Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical). The desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative, and friendly team.
