Responsibilities

Prepare and file individual tax returns (1040 series) and amended returns daily, tackling a high-volume mix of cases from moderate to advanced complexity Excel at sophisticated individual returns, including multi-state filings, self-employment income (Schedule C), rental properties (Schedule E), and itemized deductions.

Qualifications

1+ years of proven

###experience### preparing individual tax returns, with regular hands-on work on amended returns and varying complexity (multi-state, self-employment, rentals, itemized deductions, etc.) Solid command of individual tax topics, schedules, and advanced scenarios Proficiency in accounting/tax software (ProSeries is a plus!)

###skills### to break down complex tax info for clients Enthusiasm for building client relationships and supporting sales/retention Required: Active CTEC certification or Enrolled Agent (EA) license, valid PTIN, and current CTEC registration Compensation &
