Tax Senior Manager - Equity Reward & Venture Capital

About the role... As Tax Senior Manager – Equity Rewards & Venture Capital Schemes, you’ll lead our specialist team advising on equity incentives and venture capital tax reliefs. You’ll design and implement cutting-edge share schemes, guide clients through SEIS/EIS and VCT landscapes, and deliver strategic tax planning for high-growth and private equity-backed businesses.

You’ll shape the future of the business, lead strategic growth, and act as an inspirational role model and adviser. About the day to day… You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including; Responsibility for supporting, efficiencies, constantly improving processes, and fundamental in shaping the strategy of the business in your area Operate as an expert in your area of tax, regularly being sought out for advice both technical and strategic.

7+ years in tax advisory, with deep expertise in equity incentives and venture capital schemes. Proven track record advising on EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, SEIS/EIS, and VCT structures.
