About the role... Are you an experienced tax professional within the Equity Reward & Venture Capital space looking for your next challenge? Our Equity Rewards & Venture Capital Schemes team are growing, and we’re currently seeking a Senior Manager to join them on their journey.

About the day to day… As Tax Senior Manager – Equity Rewards & Venture Capital Schemes, you’ll lead our specialist team advising on equity incentives and venture capital tax reliefs. You’ll design and implement cutting-edge share schemes, guide clients through SEIS/EIS and VCT landscapes, and deliver strategic tax planning for high-growth and private equity-backed businesses.

You’ll shape the future of the business, lead strategic growth, and act as an inspirational role model and adviser. Responsibility for supporting, efficiencies, constantly improving processes, and fundamental in shaping the strategy of the business in your area Operate as an expert in your area of tax, regularly being sought out for advice both technical and strategic.

7+ years in tax advisory, with deep expertise in equity incentives and venture capital schemes. Proven track record advising on EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, SEIS/EIS, and VCT structures.

###Experience### with private equity transactions and high-growth businesses. Strong Technical knowledge of UK tax-advantaged share schemes. Commercial acumen and ability to translate complex tax issues into practical solutions.
