We are looking for a Manager, Canadian Tax who will be responsible for Canadian tax compliance, tax accounting, and supporting the company’s operational activities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success: Tax Compliance Oversee the complete process of preparing Canadian income tax returns (T2 and T5013) Plan, coordinate and review the work to be performed by tax analysts Plan the collection of information required for the preparation of tax returns Coordinate with consultants for the calculation of tax credits (R&D) Monitor tax assessments and maintain up-to-date tax balances.

Manage a team of analysts and support their development and training Participate in the integration of acquired companies or the divestiture of businesses Support business units and other departments in their decision-making Respond to ad hoc tax-related requests

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us: Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate tax legislation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA designation Tax training: CICA In-Depth Tax Course or graduate degree in taxation Minimum of 5 to 7 years of

###experience### in tax compliance and tax accounting Proficiency with standard IT tools such as Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel
