Tax Senior Manager – Private Equity

Location: Denver, CO Work Arrangement: In-office, or Hybrid We’re looking for a seasoned tax professional with

###experience### supporting Private Equity–backed clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in business development, team leadership, and technical expertise across tax planning and compliance. In this role, you’ll serve as a key leader in Colorado—overseeing a high-performing team and guiding the delivery of tax compliance and consulting services for our Private Equity–backed clients and their investors.

You’ll also play an important role in continuing to build Eide Bailly’s presence and credibility in the Private Equity space.

###experience### in public accounting Strong understanding of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations

###Experience### working with Private Equity–backed clients Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
