Seasonal, Tax Research Analyst

As a Tax Research Analyst, you will research moderately complex state and local tax issues and draft detailed memoranda and guidance documents for various internal departments and tax teams. You will analyze, evaluate, and recommend tax forms to enhance our existing suite of tax products, as well as assist with state programs and projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience Ability to interpret, analyze, and correctly formulate solutions to highly complex tax situations Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus, and perform assignments in a highly detailed and accurate manner Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with at least one online tax research tool Understanding and previous use of a Windows-based computer system and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 1 year(s) of experience in tax research, tax preparation, or a related field, with strong knowledge of tax law
Preferred Qualifications

Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.

Pay Range $21. 59 - $32. 40/Hr.
