
Senior Accountant, Tax

- We have a tremendous opportunity for a Senior Accountant to play a key role on
- our Tax team. We have openings for candidates residing in and around Rochester,
- Buffalo, East Aurora, Syracuse, and Albany, New York. As a highly valued member
- of our Firm, you will work closely with the Tax team to provide timely,
- accurate, and reliable completion of client engagements. Come join an

Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review complex U.S. individual tax returns with international
elements, such as U.S. nonresident and expatriate returns, and information
filings for foreign financial assets
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to companies and their globally
mobile employees
- Work with non-U.S. tax affiliates across the globe to coordinate
international tax support
- Collaborate with client company team leads to manage the tax implications of
their global workforce
- Prepare various international assignment correspondence and calculations,
such as cost projections and tax settlements
- Mentor colleagues within the team
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 150 credit hours that
qualify for pursuit of CPA licensure
- Progression towards completing CPA certification
- A minimum of three years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or
equivalent experience
- Ability and willingness to travel in the region
The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000 commensurate
with experience
Hours of Operation
- Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday,
and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
- We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work
additional hours will be needed at peak times
