###Responsibilities### Contribute as a team member to identify, design, and implement technology to support complex customer projects with a focus on cloud-based sales tax solutions Learn and utilize DMA’s structured project methodology Manage project timelines and successful completion of project deliverables and activities Consult with clients to understand their business
###requirements### and map them to tax solutions Document business processes and understand/recommend best practices for sales and use tax automation initiatives Contribute to project management by creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their tax and business systems Train tax users to effectively use applications Monitor client projects, communicating progress on assignments Connect, engage, and build the broader relationships with DMA’s clients and alliance partners Education and
###Qualifications### Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field required 0-1 year of software project delivery
