###Job Description### & Summary We are seeking an Experienced IT Developer Manager to lead our dynamic development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and user/project handling capabilities, ensuring the successful completion of projects and effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the software development team in designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications.

###Skills### : Proven expertise in software development using languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Familiarity with modern development frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong understanding of database management, including SQL and NoSQL.

###Requirements### : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 years of

###experience### in IT project management and software development. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or ITIL are highly desirable. Leadership qualities with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
