Manager to Corporate Tax

###Job Description### & Summary At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations.

You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

###responsibilities### Preparation of tax memoranda and tax reports; Participation in tax review, tax due diligence, and tax structuring projects; Management of the whole client project cycle on multiple projects (proposals, risk management procedures, contracting, organization of project team and process, regular reporting on the project status to senior colleagues, ensuring of technical quality of project results, regular communication with clients on the projects, billing and cash collection); Train staff, review and evaluate their work; Preparation of newsletters, participation in technical trainings and client seminars; Building new and develop existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
