The Opportunity
- As part of the Tax Compliance team, you are expected to lead the creation and
- implementation of impactful private company services. As a Director you are
- expected to set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts,
- making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining
- executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business
- growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders,
- maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of impactful private company services
- Set strategic direction and drive business development
- Oversee multiple projects and make significant decisions
- Maintain executive-level client relationships
- Shape client engagements to confirm business growth
- Mentor and develop future leaders
- Foster a culture of quality, integrity, and inclusion
- Assure compliance with professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 8 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific
credentials may qualify for this opportunity

- Applying in-depth understanding of tax compliance and consulting
- Demonstrating technical prowess with ASC740
- Identifying and addressing client needs

- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal resources
- Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation
within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience,
qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired
individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a wide
