As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve

The Opportunity
- As part of the PwC Private Generalist team you shall lead the way as tax
- advisors dedicated to innovation, providing clients with the right skills and
- technology to problem solve and provide sustained outcomes. As a Manager you
- shall supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and
- drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex
- problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You shall also adopt a practical
- and holistic approach to meet the unique needs of private companies and their
- owners, thriving in an environment where transactions are complex and require an
- advanced level of sophistication.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific
credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation
within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience,
qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired
individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a wide
