We're looking for a VAT Associate to join our Tax team. In this role, you'll

collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving

important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and

Your Mission

  • Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new VAT Associate, you will:
  • Support our clients in meeting their VAT compliance obligations across a

varied portfolio

  • Complete and submit periodic VAT returns and declarations, and calculate VAT

payments

  • Provide VAT advice to a diverse range of clients, from top-tier

multinationals to medium and smaller-sized enterprises across industries such

as gaming, financial services, retail, and manufacturing

  • Contribute to thought leadership articles and support the delivery of

internal and external VAT training sessions

  • Collaborate within a specialised team and gain exposure to a wide variety of

VAT matters and industries

About You

We're looking for someone who

  • Is ACCA qualified or a recent graduate in Accounting (applicants with other

degrees or diploma qualifications who have a genuine interest in VAT will

also be considered)

  • Has some knowledge of the Maltese or EU VAT legislative framework
  • Is eager to gain exposure across various disciplines and industries
  • Is fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Can effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks
  • Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration
