We're looking for a VAT Executive to join our Tax team. In this role, you'll
collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving

Your Mission
- Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new VAT Executive, you will:
- Support the review of compliance and advisory work carried out by junior team
members, working alongside the VAT leadership team on a varied portfolio of
local and international clients
- Identify VAT compliance gaps and provide tailored recommendations on key
areas of focus for clients' businesses
- Liaise with local tax authorities and contribute to audit procedures
- Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure the appropriate VAT
treatment is applied
- Deliver or contribute to internal and external training sessions
- Take an active role in team initiatives that foster collaboration and a
strong team dynamic at all levels
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Holds a Master's degree in Accountancy or has successfully completed the ACCA
qualification
- Has 3+ years of prior experience working in VAT
- Is fluent in English and Maltese, with strong interpersonal skills
- Has experience coaching and guiding team members
- Is eager to gain exposure across various disciplines and industries
- Can effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Shows initiative in proposing, planning, and implementing new projects, and
in promoting our existing and new service offerings
