• We are seeking a Tax Director to join the Private Client Services (PCS)
• practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who
• thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional
• services.

WHAT WORK YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Review of tax projections, tax workpapers and tax returns.  Specifically,

Federal and State Individual and Fiduciary tax returns.

• Oversee and manage the tax return process including identification and

resolution of tax issues

• Experience with corporation and partnership accounting and tax concepts

• Mentor, train and manage staff accountants to meet deadline and prioritize

workload

• Effectively manage multiple tax engagements in a team environment, and also

work independently.  Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded

client services

• Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing and

engagement economics

• Highly proactive approach to serving clients

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

• Public accounting experience

• CPA

• 10 + years work experience in tax compliance, specialization in individual,

fiduciary, estate and gift taxation

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in tax or equivalent field preferred
