Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

###Responsibilities### Preparation of complex tax returns and estimated tax calculations for Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corporations Strategic tax planning and research of relevant international, federal, state, and local tax issues applicable to real estate clients Review work of team members and assist managers/partners with project workflow Involvement in special tax projects, including tax entity structuring, state tax issue identification and analysis, tax credit computations, etc.

###Requirements### Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant is a preferred Minimum of 3 years of

###experience### in public accounting in taxation or equivalent

###experience### Minimum of 1 year

###experience### in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training and development of staff and interns

###Experience### with a wide variety of entity types Strong interpersonal and relationship building

###skills### Expert Knowledge o Go-systems, CCH Tax Axcess, XCM, and Caseware preferred. Excellent communication
