Regional Head of Tax

Lead the Group’s regional tax strategy by overseeing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring the proper implementation of tax policies, adherence to local and international regulations, and the effective management of tax audits and relationships with tax authorities. Identify opportunities for tax planning, tax optimization, and tax credit recovery, while working closely with Finance, Legal, and Treasury teams to support business growth and minimize tax risks.

Job Description: Tax Strategy & Advisory Support the design and execution of the Group’s tax strategy, aligned with business expansion and regulatory requirements. Identify tax planning opportunities and efficiencies while ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. Regional Tax Leadership Oversee tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions where the Group operates.

Ensure consistent implementation of best tax practices and policies across the region. Transfer Pricing Ensure full compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Coordinate the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany policies.

Tax Authorities & Audits Lead the coordination and response to tax audits and reviews conducted by local authorities. Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities. Tax Optimization & Credits Recovery Identify opportunities for the recovery of tax credits and the optimization of tax positions.

Monitor and manage tax contingencies and exposures. Regulatory Compliance Ensure the timely filing of all tax obligations across the Group. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and external advisors to support strategic initiatives.
