About the role
- Our Corporate Tax Compliance team is collaborative, tech-enabled and nationally
- connected, offering the chance to specialise in high-growth areas such as
- Financial Services, Real Estate and Pillar 2.
- As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead complex compliance delivery, shape client
- outcomes and support our expansion across these priority sectors. Based across
- multiple UK offices and in collaboration with our overseas centres, you’ll
- manage a varied, high-profile portfolio.
- We’re seeking someone with strong technical expertise, leadership and a growth
- mindset. If you enjoy influencing strategy, developing specialists and working
- at the forefront of evolving tax regimes, this is an exciting opportunity.
- What your days will look like
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to UK tax regulations and
- high-quality deliverables and Lead complex tax compliance projects, identifying
- planning opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Manage and mentor tax professionals, driving quality and efficiency.
- Build strong client relationships, providing strategic tax advice and ensuring
- service satisfaction, whilst also collaborating across PwC teams to deliver
- integrated services and support business growth.
- Develop expertise in areas such as, real estate, financial services and Pillar
- 2.
- This role is for you if
- You possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA or
international equivalent), or have equivalent relevant work experience. This
includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their
home country
- Bring strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing computations,
tax accounting and group reporting disclosures, while identifying risks and
opportunities.
- Apply sound accounting knowledge to interpret statutory accounts accurately.
- Demonstrate leadership experience with senior internal and external
stakeholders, building strong relationships within large teams.
- Maintain a high-quality client service ethos with flexibility to meet client
needs.
- Possess desirable experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2.
