• What would you do? Roles and Responsibilities: • Independently executing Quality
• Testing and gathering/analyzing all required documentation, reports, and data. •
• Ensuring all controls are accurately documented and monitored to ensure full
• audit compliance. • Assisting the Assistant Manager with internal communications
• and reporting. Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and
• managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes
• researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also
• involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is
• to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and
• maintaining strong supplier relationships. This is the process of generating
• financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory
• requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating
• notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.
• What are we looking for? Functional Experience in: • Independently executing
• Quality Testing as per the defined audit program, ensuring accuracy and
• completeness. • Drafting detailed Control Design & Remediation plans and
• tracking timely completion of activities. • Ensuring adherence to {Policy &
• Procedure} guidelines within assigned processes. Communication • Effective
• communication of testing results and documentation requests to process owners
• and business teams. • Drafting initial audit observation descriptions and
• preparing status reports for review. • Professional communication when dealing
• with internal and external auditors. Tools • SAP • MS Office [Intermediate
• Level] • Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting Tools
• Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and
• solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers
• within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited
• exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate
• level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new
• assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the
• work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with
• a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in
• rotational shifts
