About the Role

  • This is a technically robust Specialist, Tax Accounting role, offering
  • comprehensive exposure across federal, international, and state tax matters
  • including ASC 740 provisions, FIN 48 analysis, and return preparation.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for federal domestic, international &; state income and local tax

returns and audit supported workpaper.

  • Prepare workpaper and returns for domestic, international & state tax return

that include E&P, M adjustments, Fixed asset roll forward, state

modification, state apportionment.

  • Assist with the preparation of income tax provision and tax account

reconciliations.

  • Assist with quarterly payments and fillings.
  • Assist in calculation and maintenance of deferred tax schedules, FIN 48

analysis, and return to provision reconciliations for a worldwide group.

  • Maintain tax compliance calendars and documentation
  • Assist in coordinating with outside advisors to manage proper tax return

filings and to keep track of all returns that have been filed.

  • Support in coordinating with the tax accounting team to ensure efficient

integration of the tax accounting and international tax compliance processes.

  • Analyze tax legislation changes and assess impact on operations
  • Assist with tax planning strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with other projects as necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACCA or other equivalent degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • OneSource experience
  • Self-initiate research and is resourceful in their approach to resolve any

issues irrespective of subject matter knowledge

  • Experience in automation is desired
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to create models, as

needed, that reflect this depth of understanding

  • Analytical skills with good attention to detail, motivation and confidence to

independently address issues.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to co-ordinate &

interact with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making,

streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business

outcomes.

Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Work Location : Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
