As a Manager - Tax at RCGT, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients, identifying their needs, and providing strategic tax
advice;
- Contributing to the development of a tax reorganization specialty team
serving offices across the Québec region;
- Delivering training sessions and conferences, and representing the firm at
professional events;
- Actively participating in technical meetings and discussions related to your
area of expertise;
- Advising privately held corporations on taxation and tax planning matters;
- Conducting research on various tax issues;
- Analyzing the impact of legislative changes on client operations;
- Ensuring the application and ongoing maintenance of quality control standards
throughout engagements.

- Master’s degree in Taxation;
- A professional designation is considered an asset (CPA, lawyer);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxation;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and principles;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain up-to-date expertise in your field;
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to develop innovative solutions;
- Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English,
as you will interact with a unilingual English-speaking clientele.
