###The Opportunity### As part of the State and Local Tax team you assist clients in solving business issues related to business restructuring, adoption of new tax laws, and communicating local tax developments. As a Senior Manager you are tasked with leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

You are also responsible for developing and sustaining client relationships and mentoring staff members.
