As a Senior in our M&A Tax practice, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting complex transactions from due diligence through structuring. You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners on sophisticated M&A tax matters while building your technical expertise, client exposure, and deal

###experience### in a fast-growing practice that values curiosity, accountability, and strong execution.

###experience### Exposure to M&A Tax or transaction-related work CPA or JD preferred (or in progress) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication
