From the employer###What You'll Do### As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services to real estate investors, developers, and closely held entities. In this role, you’ll oversee partnership tax engagements, review complex allocations, and drive tax planning initiatives while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. You’ll take ownership of managing client relationships, coordinating engagement teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.

###Qualifications### Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required CPA or JD preferred, but not required 5+ years of tax
###experience### with a focus on real estate, partnerships, and pass-through entities; preferably within a public accounting environment or real estate-focused practice Proven leadership
###experience### with a track record of accountability, managing engagements, and delivering against deadlines and client expectations Strong understanding of real estate tax concepts, including partnership allocations, basis, depreciation, and transaction structuring Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, client-friendly guidance Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment; comfortable navigating ambiguity, building relationships, and driving results Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe, with
