Your Opportunity BDO Canada is looking for a Senior Manager to join the US Corporate Tax Services team and own the following responsibilities: Provide both technical and project management leadership to team members for US Corporate Tax planning projects or assignments US Corporate Tax planning assignments and projects typically involve providing advice to optimize clients' tax savings in the context of on-off Canada-US cross border transactions, ongoing effective tax rate management, etc.

Apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to clients' businesses Prepare or assist in the preparation of presentation materials and written publications Provide leadership to the group's administrative processes Responsible for tax research (including reviewing research for junior staff) on US issues Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team How do we define success for your role?

###experience### and education You have completed a professional designation (BCL, LLB, LLM, CPA) You have a minimum of 7 years'

###experience### in the public accounting industry You possess a minimum of three years of

###experience### and expertise in a US corporate tax management role You are client service focused with the ability to train a team You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication
