Your Role: Transfer Pricing Manager

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be part of the global tax department to

manage Elanco’s global transfer pricing operations. In this role, you will be

responsible for advancing transfer pricing matters across our expansive

international functions, supporting the full transfer pricing lifecycle from

planning to operational execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage transfer pricing matters across the full lifecycle, including

planning, policy implementation, monitoring, documentation, controversy, and

operational execution.

  • Manage local file and master file documentation, and lead functional analyses

interviews to identify and assess cross-border intercompany transactions.

  • Analyze new and existing intercompany transactions to determine appropriate

transfer pricing treatment, tested party selection, and economic support

under OECD and U.S. transfer pricing principles.

  • Actively partner with cross-functional groups to understand the tax impact of

business operations and support the implementation of strategic transfer

pricing opportunities.

  • Support transfer pricing audit efforts, manage audit requests from external

auditors and taxing authorities, and assist with tax planning and special

projects.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in

public accounting or industry.

  • Knowledge of U.S. IRC (Sections 482 and 6662) and OECD Transfer Pricing

Guidelines, combined with strong project management and organizational

skills.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis.
  • Experience with SAP, S4 HANA, and OneStream.
  • Ability to document current state processes and design future state processes

identifying key stakeholders, inputs, controls, and outputs.

  • Knowledge and interest in improving processes and workflows using tools such

as Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau.
