Why Join Join OCBC’s Group Tax Advisory team and gain exposure to how tax governance and transfer pricing support a complex multinational banking group. As a Governance, Planning & Incentives / Transfer Pricing Intern, you’ll work on group-wide initiatives that enhance tax transparency, compliance, and data-driven insights.

###experience### in transfer pricing documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and cross-border coordination, while providing a broad view of how different functions across the bank operate together. How You Succeed You’ll do well in this role if you’re curious about how tax, data, and governance intersect in a large organisation. You’re detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and documentation, and willing to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Your ability to analyse data, spot trends, and communicate findings clearly will help you contribute meaningfully to both recurring processes and improvement initiatives.

###responsibilities### will include: Transfer Pricing Support: Assist in the preparation of the OCBC Group Local File and support the execution of Service Level Agreements Intra‑Group Reporting: Support intra-group billing processes, review GL lines, and perform reconciliations for intra-group reporting CbCR & Data Analysis: Liaise with subsidiaries and branches to collate Country-by-Country Reporting data, perform ratio and trend analysis, and check data accuracy Data Visualisation & Insights: Assist in updating Power BI dashboards and preparing summaries to provide insights on Group CbCR figures Process & Documentation: Support the updating of standard operating guides and process documentation Who You Work With The Governance, Planning & Incentives / Transfer Pricing team sits within Group Tax Advisory and partners closely with finance teams, business units, and regional subsidiaries.

The team plays a key role in ensuring strong tax governance, compliance, and consistency across the Group. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values accuracy, structured thinking, and continuous learning.
