Job Description
- In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax
- regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international
- assignments. This position is a key in handling the tax consequences of global
- mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different
- countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while
- ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax
- laws.
- Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, review and file tax returns for globally mobile employees within
deadlines
- Advise on tax planning, assignment structures, tax treaties and social
security obligations
- Support employees on tax equalization/protection policies and international
assignment implications
- Analyze compensation data to calculate liabilities and identify tax
optimization opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness
- Monitor international tax developments and conduct country-specific research
- Support the team in managing engagement finances (billing, collections, KPIs)
- Identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships

- have a master’s degree in Law, Economics, or Business Studies or a bachelor’s
degree in Accountancy/Taxation
- have basic knowledge of personal income tax, double taxation treaties and
payroll tax
- are a recent graduate or have 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- previous experience in tax global mobility is a plus
- have affinity with an international work environment and financial and/or HR
related matters
- are good and have fun with numbers, have strong analytical skills and are
accurate
- are eager to learn, customer oriented and resistant to stress
- enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently
- have great communication skills and are fluent in Polish and English
