Whilst the role is advertised as full-time, we can offer flexible working
arrangements for this role, such as hybrid working up to 60% of the time,
adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.
We offer
We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator who owns all customs
operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in
Budapest.
Main job responsibilities
- Execute customs operations and implement customs clearance processes, in
compliance with regulations.
- Manage import and export documentation, collect operational data, and prepare
the required reports.
- Handle Value Added Services (VAS) operations on a daily basis, in line with
customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth
operations
- Liaise and communicate effectively with customs authorities.
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience in managing customs, import/export, and transit operations.
- Strong communication skills in English; native-level proficiency in Hungarian
is required.
- Proactive and well-structured professional, focused on achieving business
objectives.
- Solution-oriented mindset, eager to learn, highly responsible, and capable of
fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Dynamic, resilient, and ready to embrace new challenges.
- Strong and in-depth knowledge of customs management software.
Job location: Budapest, Hungary
Contract type: 12 months fixed term contract
