###the role### This role sits within the Group’s Central Tax Team, You will be reporting to the Group’s Head of Tax and Treasury with responsibility for ensuring the Group is meetings its compliance obligations and running the year end reporting. As the Group continues to grow there is the possibility for

###the role### to develop and grow with the successful candidate’s interests. Key

###Responsibilities### Responsible for the preparation of the Group’s consolidated tax reporting for inclusions in the Group’s IFRS consolidated financial statements, working alongside the regional and central finance teams to understand local tax positions and managing external relationship with Group auditors. Responsible for the ensuring the Group’s Pillar 2 compliance is met with main filing in the UK and ensuring overseas returns are made where required.

Responsible for the preparation of the Group’s Country by Country Report and monitoring the Group’s notification requirement across the world. Responsible for the review of UK Corporate Tax returns for all UK companies working with our advisors. Manage the Global Outsourced Compliance contract with our advisors for the group which will involve attending monthly review meetings to understand the position across the group and escalating matters as necessary Maintenance of the Group’s Tax Risk Register.

Plan and implement the processes and reporting required for UK Senior Accounting Officer Work with regional finance teams within EMEA to onboard new acquisitions for tax purposes including tracking risks identified in due diligence and preparing acquisition accounting for tax.
