Support the tax accounts reconciliation process by preparing reconciliations, clearing standard reconciling items, and maintaining documentation in BlackLine (and SAP as applicable). Works under guidance of senior analysts/manager, learns the end-to-end process, and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.

###About the Role### In this role as an Accounting Analyst, you will: Key

###responsibilities### Perform monthly tax accounts reconciliations in BlackLine; ensure completeness, accuracy, and on-time completion. Match open items with supporting documentation; research common differences (timing items, duplicate entries, returned payments). Raise and track requests to upstream teams (Legal Entity Controllers/Treasury/ITX team) to obtain missing information and resolve open items.

Maintain reconciliation documentation and evidence (support files, notes) per control standards. Perform routine clearing activities (approved write-offs/reclasses if applicable/corrections) and prepare/post journal entry. Monitor aged items and escalate issues that exceed defined thresholds.

Support month-end close activities (tax balances validation, subledger/clearing account tie-outs where applicable) by completing assigned tasks within the close calendar. Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements by flagging recurring issues and suggesting simplifications.

###qualifications### Degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–3 years of relevant

###experience### (internship/entry-level in accounting operations is acceptable). Interest in reconciliations, tax processes, and controls; strong attention to detail. Good English (B2+ / business level) for working in a multinational environment.

Willingness to learn SAP and BlackLine (experience with either is a strong plus). Preferred / nice to have Prior exposure to ERP systems, shared services/GBS, or accounting internships. Solid Excel skills.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 67,900 PLN - 126,100 PLN.
