Client: Utilises in-depth knowledge of Firm and practice-specific governance and Quality Assurance procedures to design and conduct engagement reviews. Evaluates client service issues and provides recommendations to ensure clear and consistent standards across the client journey.

Reports findings and actionable recommendations to the Leadership team and key stakeholders. Builds strong relationships with leadership and team members and becomes one of their trusted advisors.
