From the employerPer la Divisione Tax & Accounting di Wolters Kluwer Italia siamo alla ricerca di un Professional Service Generalist, specializzato in materia di bilancio, tax, contabilità e consulenza per il segmento degli studi professionali (Commercialisti), da inserire all’interno del team Professional Service che, riportando direttamente al Manager Consultant, si occuperà di seguire i clienti nell’avviamento e formazione di tutta la fase post sales.
Si occuperà di prendere in carico, organizzare e monitorare in autonomia la delivery dei progetti, definendone tempi di realizzazione e stato avanzamento lavori fino al termine del progetto. La risorsa inoltre, collaborando con le figure commerciali e il team di sviluppo, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Implementazione degli applicativi Wolters Kluwer secondo le esigenze specifiche del cliente; Analisi di fattibilità di eventuali customizzazioni dei prodotti software Wolters Kluwer; Analisi dei processi dei clienti e potenziali clienti al fine di proporre le migliori soluzioni per migliorarne l’efficienza; Gestione delle relazioni con il team di sviluppatori per il migliore delivery delle soluzioni; Attività proattiva nel proporre soluzioni migliorative per il business dei clienti; Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti con relazioni costruttive ed efficaci; Attività di presales in affiancamento alle figure commerciali; Presentazioni in occasioni di eventi formativi o promozionali sul territorio.
Requisiti: Laurea in Economia e Commercio o Ingegneria Gestionale; Precedente esperienza nel ruolo oppure presso studi di commercialisti o in società di consulenza specializzate in Tax & Accounting; Solida conoscenza normativa e tecnica della legislazione fiscale/contabile; Fondamenti di Project Management; Passione per le tecnologie e buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Conoscenza dei principali tool di intelligenza artificiale; Ottime capacità di ascolto e di interpretazione delle esigenze dei clienti; Attitudine al problem solving e a trasferire rapidamente soluzioni efficaci; Forte predisposizione a guidare i clienti verso un approccio votato all’innovazione e all’efficienza; Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; Entusiasmo e proattività; Propensione all’apprendimento continuo; Team working.
Per il ruolo è indispensabile la disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale per il 30% del tempo lavorativo.
