###The Opportunity### Für unser wachsendes Team in Düsseldorf suchen wir Rechtsanwälte (m/w/d) im Steuerrecht (Tax). Unser Tax-Team berät in allen Bereichen des Unternehmenssteuerrechts. Insbesondere begleiten wir Mandaten bei Unternehmenskäufen, -verkäufen oder -zusammenschlüssen, bei Kapitalmarkttransaktionen und Finanzierungen.

Wir beraten außerdem zu steuerlichen Aspekten bei internen Untersuchungen, im Bereich Compliance sowie bei Auseinandersetzungen vor Gerichten oder in Schiedsverfahren.
