Job Description & Summary
Our Audit of Tax (AoT) practice sits at the intersection of tax technical
expertise and audit quality. As a core member of our Audit of Tax Specialist
(ATS) Network, you will take a leading role in delivering complex audits of tax
for some of the UK’s largest and most internationally diverse businesses. Your
portfolio will be centred on AoT work (50–100% of your time), with the

continued growth of the specialism within the firm. We offer a clear career path
through to Director, with a potential pathway to Partner, supported by strong
investment in coaching and professional development at every level.
We seek to attract the best people from a diverse talent pool and encourage a
culture where people can be themselves and be valued for their strengths. This
is what makes us a strong organisation with an increasingly agile workforce
which is why we’ve introduced the ‘Deal’ – including an ‘Empowered day’ (more
freedom around working pattern), hybrid working (with 40-60% of time expected
co-located with colleagues in office or client sites) and summer working hours
(a reduced working day on a Friday in July and August with hours condensed into
the rest of the week).
