Manager Accountant, Tax (DALLAS, TX)

OVERVIEW

• We have a tremendous opportunity for a Manager Accountant to play a key role on
• our Tax team.  We have openings for candidates residing in and around Dallas,
• Texas. As a highly valued member of our Firm, you will work closely with the Tax
• team to provide timely, accurate, and reliable completion of client

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and/or review complex business and individual tax returns
• Develop effective working relationships with clients to provide innovative

tax planning, consulting, and compliance services

• Ability to identify and research tax issues, develop resolutions, and prepare

written conclusions

• Assist with the developing, training and mentoring of staff and interns
• Recognize the opportunity to provide new and innovative services
• Willingness to learn new tax skills that the diverse client base at The

Bonadio Group offers. Not limited to: public company tax services, banking

and financial industry tax services, international, cross-border and

expatriate compliance services, and transaction advisory services

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting
• An active CPA certification
• A minimum of five years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or

equivalent experience

• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude to learn firm

technology, present and future

Hours of Operation

• Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday,

and (discretionary) from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday

• We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work

additional hours will be needed at peak times
