As Senior Manager, Global Direct Tax & Reporting, you will play a pivotal role
in shaping and strengthening Arxada’s global tax reporting and compliance
framework. Working closely with the Head of Global Direct Tax & Reporting, you
will lead complex global tax reporting processes, partner with senior
stakeholders across regions, and help drive consistency, automation, and
continuous improvement across the tax function. This is a high impact role for a
seasoned tax professional who thrives in a multinational environment and is
motivated to help build scalable, future ready tax processes.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and oversee global direct tax reporting and compliance activities,
partnering with internal teams and external advisors
- Manage the preparation and review of tax provisions (current and deferred) in
accordance with IFRS
- Assists in managing the group OECD Pillar II obligations
- Reviews international tax returns prepared by third party providers and
ensures timely and accurate filing.
- Strengthen tax governance, controls, and risk management processes across
regions
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
and data quality
- Support tax forecasting, effective tax rate analysis, and modeling for
strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and regional teams to deliver
high‑quality outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s in
Tax preferred
- Recognized professional qualification (ACA, CPA, CTA, or equivalent)
- Significant experience in corporate tax, reporting, and compliance within a
multinational organization or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and global tax reporting requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects in a
global setting
- Collaborative leadership style with a continuous‑improvement mindset
- Business‑fluent English
