As a Tax Managed Services Bx_Federal Form 1065-Senior Associate, you will focus
on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and
strategy. You will help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize
their tax positions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client
connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate
increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your
technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and
clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will review and analyze
financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting
their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. Within our Tax
practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new
ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the
business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths
and address development areas. This position offers an opportunity to uphold and
reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's
overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns for clients
- Reviewing and validating compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize
risks of non-compliance
- Collaborating with clients to provide strategic tax planning and guidance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex tax regulations and
optimize client tax positions
- Drafting and preparing tax documents, confirming alignment with regulatory
requirements
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform tax strategies and
recommendations
- Supporting client engagements by managing project timelines and deliverables
- Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with firm
guidelines and independence requirements
- Developing meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their
tax needs
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance their understanding of tax compliance
and planning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or
Master's in Commerce
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Flexible to Work From Office
- Open to work on UK Shift
