The Tax-Exempt Market (TEM) supports mission‑driven institutions—including major healthcare systems, colleges, and universities—by delivering retirement plan services that improve financial well‑being. Strategic Partnership: In this role, you will work closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global partners to design, deliver, and support critical product capabilities across the TEM ecosystem.
###The Role### As a Lead TEM Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving complex product initiatives forward within the TEM Product Area. This role operates as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, responsible for leading end‑to‑end business analysis across multi‑team epics and sub‑initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable
###requirements### and partner closely across Product, Technology, Operations, and Distribution. You will navigate systems, data, and workflows to help teams make informed decisions and deliver effectively. Work with technology partners to deliver solutions by leading delivery of features or epics.

###Experience### & Background Product Development & Business Analysis Experience: 7+ years of
###experience### supporting product development through strong business analysis in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments. Proven
###experience### leading large initiatives in Agile environments. Strong communication
###skills### with the ability to engage across business and technical stakeholders.
