• Lisa is dual qualified as a solicitor and a chartered tax adviser, and both

are based in our Oxford office.

About the role

• The team are seeking a Managing Associate or Director level lawyer to join them
• in Oxford. The team cover a range of matters for high and ultra-high net worth
• clients and we have specialists in all areas of trusts, estates and tax with
• members of the team advising clients with international, agricultural, literary,
• business and other assets. Directors and Partners all specialise in particular
• areas, including acting as independent administrators in high net worth
• contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issues, administering
• cross-border estates and advising agricultural clients.

• The team is recognised for its ability to work flexibly to find solutions. An
• example of this is the firm’s Private Wealth Initiative in which members of the
• Corporate and TET teams work together to build succession and tax plans for
• business owners.

• This role will give you the opportunity to develop professionally, working on
• high quality instructions alongside leaders in their respective fields. There
• will be a good level of supervisory responsibilities involved and business
• development activities will be supported and encouraged.
