Key Responsibilities
- Data Coordination & Collection: Coordinate with internal teams/external
stakeholders to collect GST compliance related data. Ensure completeness and
accuracy of inputs for return preparation.
- GST Return Preparation & Reconciliations: Prepare GST return workings (based
on sales, purchases, imports transactions) and perform reconciliations
between books and returns, ensuring minimal discrepancies/observations.
- GST Return Filing & Compliance: Ensure timely and error-free filing of GST
returns on the portal after necessary internal approvals. Maintain required
GST records, registers, and compliance documentation.
- HSN Classification Support: Analyse HSN classification queries from business/
Project/ Commercial/Bidding teams. Provide appropriate HSN classification
before dispatch/service delivery after necessary internal approvals.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GST compliance and return filing
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP and using Tax Technology tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate across teams
- Strong communication and ownership skills
